Specialty Party Favors are highlighted at Bat Mitzvah Party

Specialty Party Favors are highlighted at Bat Mitzvah Party So Belle Favors created decorative chocolate favors for a Bat Mitzvah for a special young lady named Amanda who loved the rainbow colors they were decorated in. The chocolate favors were used as place cards for all the attendees of the party. She had wrote each family and guest´s name on the chocolate gifts as a personal touch. The party guests were very impressed by the chocolate place card party favors that were neatly displaced on a table as guests entered into the celebration. The Bat Mitzvah chocolate favors order was for 68 pieces that were created with 18 unique designs using bright rainbow colored wrapping paper and fine ribbons. The embellishments were a combination of crystal flowers, Star of David, Hamsa hand, crystals and pearls. These elegant theme party favors were a great addition to the Bat Mitzvah party and will be remembered for years to come. Pre Bat Mitzvah shoot ideas

Pre Bat Mitzvah shoot ideas

Pre Bat Mitzvah shoot ideas When trying to do a pre Bat Mitzvah photo shoot it is always a challenge on where to pick the location. At Alon David Photography I always try to get creative and think outside the box, which also includes finding a cool location for the pre Bat Mitzvah shoot. Most of the pre Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah photography are usually done in a park, beach or urban location. However, with this photo shoot I tried to think outside the box that are different than the three typical locations that are available in San Diego. After consulting with the Bat Mitzvah girl and mother of the Bat Mitzvah girl, I offered them a graffiti park for the location to do the shoot. This particular graffiti park in San Diego is great being that it offers many, many different backgrounds. This gives you so many photos and photo ideas. Sasha also changed her outfit throughout the session, so it worked nicely with the different backgrounds the graffiti park offered. We do so many Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvahs in San Diego that we try to offer our clients a different photography experience. In a typical Bat Mitzvah, we will do many sessions before the event which will include the pre Bat Mitzvah photo shoot for the signing book, a family session, synagogue shoot for the rehearsal and the event itself. Why hire a Professional Catering Company ? By Continental Catering

Why hire a Professional Catering Company ? By Continental Catering

  1. Why hire a professional vendor? Although it is true that we never live the same exact day more than once, in general, we get another shot to do it all over again. There are certain days, however, that are special and meant to be celebrated unlike the rest. These are the days that we only get one opportunity to make special and memorable. A birthday, a wedding, an anniversary…whatever it may be, we cannot afford to take chances. Why risk such a special occasion with questionable vendors? With higher stakes on the line, it is always best to hire a professional and, most importantly, experienced vendor that will be able to take over so you can sit back and enjoy your special day without a worry. 2. How did you get started with your business? -Sometimes, in life, things just fall into place. This is certainly the case with Continental Catering’s inception. Denise, our founder and president, and her mother began doing small-scale catering for friends and family out of their kitchen. It didn’t take long for the duo’s moxie and talent to propel the company’s success. Thirty years later, and thousands of successful catered events under our belt, Continental Catering continues to be a great value for happy clients throughout San Diego county. 3. What inspires you in your field of expertise? -Being in the hospitality industry, we are not immune to event trends. When we are not perusing through the latest issue of bon appétit magazine we are definitely finding inspiration from our colleagues in the industry. More than anything though, we are constantly inspired...

Why hire a professional chocolate favors company? By: Sobelle Favors

Why hire a professional chocolate favors company? By: Sobelle Favors

  1. Why hire a professional? For Chocolate favors D.I.Y is a good option in a sense that it might save you little bit of money but on other hand it takes a long time to produce the favor. Our products have such a unique taste and our embellishments are so exquisite and elegant that will be very hard to produce or duplicate. Each piece of chocolate is decorated with love and care. 2 . How did you get started with your business and what inspires you in your field of expertise? As part of our Lebanese culture and tradition, chocolate favors is the most important part of any happy celebration. San Diego does not have a company that provides these favors. Therefore, it was just the perfect business to start; it also allowed us to preserve and share our tradition and culture. I started the business in 2006 3. What is the challenging and rewarding part about your job? The challenging part about our job is the supplies. Every Fall I travel across to Europe and Lebanon to attend different fashion and chocolate shows to find out the new style and trends for the new season to bring it back to our clients. Since our products are custom make, we import limited amount of embellishment therefore, we need to constantly change our designs so we want duplicate the orders. The supplies overseas changes constantly as well, what we got last year are no longer available this year. The rewarding part about our job is when I receive the “Thank You Note “ and the “AWE” factor about the...

1.Why hire a professional vendor? Because we do not shoot with cell phones, as a Professional I have invested time in learning the fundamentals of photography, specialized equipment, creating moments, and best of all, I make people smile for a living. A professional is just that, someone who can handle all situations and produce a final product you want. 2.What inspires you in your field of expertise? My motivation comes from my children. Why hire a professional cake company ? By: Sweet Cheeks Baking Co.

Why hire a professional cake company ? By: Sweet Cheeks Baking Co.

  1. Why hire a professional vendor? All the time we hear about people who find a friend to make the cake and then cry when the cake sags (or worse, falls!) during the party. Usually the friend who offers to make it gets in over their heads and feels bitter for having ever offered. A professional cake design company should create the perfect WOW factor, deliciousness, dietary requirement, and structure in a cake or dessert for your party. They can guarantee that the cake will survive a properly cooled party location and alleviate stress on the clients. 2. How did you get started with your business? Donna & I started our cake & dessert company in hopes of working more sane hours…well, that was the plan. Donna had been working for Presidents Clinton & GW Bush at The White House, and she was excited to expand her horizons as an owner-operator in pastry. I was burning out of working in the restaurant business yet loved the creativity & connection I felt with cake designing for special events clients. We finally found an opportunity to rent space in someone’s kitchen and jumped at it. 3. What inspires you in your field of expertise? I am most inspired by people and their personalities. Any way we can incorporate someone’s STYLE into their cake or dessert buffet makes it fun (be it displaying cupcakes on top of cookbooks, sculpting someone’s puppy for the cake topper, or designing a cake after someone’s bedroom wallpaper) . My personal style is NATURE and all of the amazing flow & beauty found in the sea, forests,...

Why hire a professional DJ? By: San Diego Mitzvahs

Why hire a professional DJ? By: San Diego Mitzvahs

  1. Why hire a professional vendor? When you hire the right professional for your event, you get a first-class, worry-free experience, which allows you to enjoy your special event and ensure that your guests enjoy it as well. 2. How did you get started with your business? J. Soul Productions and San Diego Mitzvahs started when 2 veteran DJ’s decided that San Diego needed a company that wouldn’t over promise and under deliver. The founders had both worked for companies that charged premium prices, but used sub-par equipment or, sometime, even sent out broken equipment on events. J. Soul Productions and San Diego Mitzvahs have always provided the ultimate in service, quality, and entertainment at fair prices. 3. What inspires you in your field of expertise? Our inspiration is the love of music and entertaining clients. We’re not just DJ’s hitting a play button; in our spare time, we create our own music, produce music, and mix music. Additionally, the smile on the face of our clients is what keeps us coming back for more. 4. What is the most challenging and rewarding part about your job? The most challenging part of being a good DJ is ensuring that everyone at the party has a good time. Choosing the right music to make sure that the kids are dancing, but the adults join into the fun, is a carefully honed skill that takes a lot of practice. But, when everyone from the B’nai Mitzvah to their great-grandparent comes up to us at the end of the event to thank us for the amazing time, the reward becomes real...

Bar Mitzvah Photography ADAT Yeshurun

Bar Mitzvah Photography ADAT Yeshurun

Bar Mitzvah Photography ADAT Yeshurun Josh’s Bar Mitzvah Photography was done at Congregation ADAT Yeshurun, in La Jolla, California. We started the event at the rehearsal by photographing the Bar Mitzvah boy reading from the Torah. In the images we tried to capture some photos of the Bar Mitzvah boy with his dad as well as the Rabbi from different angles of the Congregation ADAT Yeshurun synagogue. I loved using different colors in the photograph, like black and white to really capture the Torah and to give the image a more antique look, which you can see in the images. Jenny Kdoshim was the lead event planner, whom which did an amazing job converting Congregation ADAT Yeshurun Synagogue, in La Jolla, California into a great party room. Once you walked into the room you could not even tell you were in the Congregation ADAT Yeshurun Synagogue. The room was a perfect place to photograph the Bar and Bat Mitzvah of the family. Having lots of Bar Mitzvah decor colors, lots of Mitzvah candy stations, and amazing event flowers and center pieces made this whole event a lot easier to photograph being that it was a synagogue that was converted into a party room. Bat Mitzvah Photography San Diego

Bat Mitzvah Photography San Diego

Bat Mitzvah Photography San Diego Bat Mitzvah Photography by Alon David San Diego Bar Mitzvah Photography. Before a Bar or Bat Mitzvah I love doing a pre Bat Mitzvah shoot to help the Bat Mitzvah girl feel more comfortable on her Bat Mitzvah event. Being that she is in front of the camera, and already getting use to the camera with big lenses and flashes makes it easier for her to get photographed while at her Bat Mitzvah party. This pre Bat Mitzvah photoshoot was done in Israel, Tel Aviv at an old train station location that was converted into a boutique shopping mall. During the photoshoot, Romi, the Bat Mitzvah girl, was able to change her outfit and accessories to have different looks for her Bat Mitzvah photoshoot. As a Bar and Bat Mitzvah photographer, I recommend both for a Bar Mitzvah boys and Bat Mitzvah girls to do a pre Bar Mitzvah photoshoot. After the photoshoot we had Romi select her images which would later be used for her Bat Mitzvah signing book. Those images can also be used for other purposes, such as Bat Mitzvah invitations, signing board, and/or other favors. To view more images from different pre Bat Mitzvah photoshoot that were shot in San Diego and around the world, visit my site Alon David Photography....
